As part of my dissertation research at the University of Michigan, I am interviewing women who are in perimenopause, menopause, or recent postmenopause (see left).
To gain additional perspective on the transition, I am also talking with people in roles that shape how organizations respond to employee health and life transitions. This includes managers, who apply workplace policies day-to-day and navigate between employee needs and organizational directives, as well as HR professionals. You do not need specific experience with menopause in your work to participate.
Finally, I am talking with key stakeholders in the evolving menopause landscape, including advocates, workforce consultants, health tech workers, and policymakers involved in menopause-related policy.
If any of these describe you, you would bring a valuable perspective to the project. Know someone else who might be a fit? You’re welcome to forward this page.
Formal recruitment will open in early summer 2026. In the meantime, I’m happy to answer questions or note your interest for when recruitment begins. Please reach out here.
